September 2026: On-Screen Collaboration and Conversation Fixes

September's updates bring the updated Mac interface for talking, pointing, and working with Denker on screen, followed by fixes for dictated text and agent questions.

September 10, 2026 — Talk, point, and continue work from your screen

Conversations gain durable identities, searchable history, and more precise reopening, closing, and deletion. Replies can stay connected to their artifacts so you can return to the work and its context.

The compact Denker control gains an inline input, recent conversations, and a model picker. Rich replies can appear in conversation frames, and you can continue the work from the cursor's follow-up chat. Switching models starts a fresh conversation in the same frame.

Continuous voice keeps capture active across the conversation, adds attention handling across displays, and supports explicit commands to begin a new conversation. Voice feedback and runtime preparation receive fixes for continuing work between requests.

On-screen guidance combines spoken explanations, drawings, and action previews. Completed highlights and callouts can stay visible, and their dismissal controls are available on hover. Desktop cursor takeover requires visible consent, with a Stop control available while agent input is being prepared.

Floating frames can continue across displays, and chat windows can snap into place. Screenshot-based guidance receives coordinate and display-routing fixes. Workspace dragging is controlled through the hand action, with corrections to focus sizing, page fitting, and native glass presentation.

Onboarding guides Mac permission setup, provider connection, and a first on-screen request. Claude, Codex, and personal OpenCode setup receive connection and recovery fixes. Personal OpenCode requires verified provider authentication; included starter AI remains limited.

Free and Pro plans introduce a monthly on-screen call allowance and a 14-day Pro trial. A new upgrade prompt explains when the Free allowance is exhausted. Your own AI provider's subscription or usage charges remain separate.

Other fixes cover speech playback, dictation recovery, conversation context, clicking and scrolling in apps, and background updating. This desktop update is available for Mac.

September 12, 2026 — Preserve dictation and keep agent questions connected

Fixed dictated messages losing earlier text when late speech corrections arrive. Live note and conversation previews are restored, and accepted voice messages clear the input without repeating note text.

Pending agent questions now appear in conversation frames with their full question text. Fixed questions going missing when they came from another project, and made follow-up messages continue conversations waiting for an answer.

Stopping a reply keeps your queued follow-up messages and their order. Answering a question from a browser card resumes the conversation where it left off.

The website also gains a narrated desktop demo.
