Memory Graph
Put saved company details and working preferences to use, and keep the context Denker remembers easy to find and update.
Summary
Your company details, project decisions and working preferences matter across many tasks. Memory lets Denker reuse relevant information you have shared, so a new request can build on earlier work. The Memory graph gives those details a place you can explore: find the company or project, read its facts and update what has changed. For example, saved company details can help fill a supplier form for your review. Memory is included with Pro and the 14-day Pro trial.
Key points
- Carry useful context into the next task. Relevant saved details can support a form, draft or project request without explaining the same background each time.
- Find a detail through the thing it belongs to. Companies, people and projects connect to readable facts, making an address or decision easier to locate.
- Keep remembered context useful as your work changes. Inspect a fact, correct its wording or review a proposed update before relying on it again.
Keep information connected to the work it describes
A company is a thing in Memory. Its contact details and project decisions are facts connected to it. People, apps and documents can also appear as things; You represents your profile. Select a thing to explore the facts and relationships around it.
A fact can describe a preference, goal, decision or hypothesis as well as an established detail. Its applicability tells you whether it belongs to a particular project or situation. That helps distinguish a general writing preference from a choice made for one client.
Find the company details you want to reuse
Suppose you are registering your company with a supplier. Share the details you want Denker to remember and identify the company they belong to. Open Memory in Settings, then choose Open graph. Select your project if prompted.
Search for the company, open the matching thing and select a related fact. Read its current value and applicability. Sources and History, where available, help you understand where the detail came from and how it changed.
Try the interactive example above to search, select a thing and explore its facts. It uses fictional data; edits and review choices stay in the example.
- Open Settings, then Memory, and choose Open graph.
- Search for your company and select it.
- Open the relevant facts and update any changed contact details.
- Return to the supplier form with the company and fields clearly identified.
Use the details in a concrete task
Ask Denker to fill the supplier contact fields using the saved company details. Memory supplies relevant information; computer use puts that information into the form when the required app access is available. You can then review the filled fields in the place you will submit them.
Provide missing information and check that each value belongs to the intended company. The form may ask for new choices, such as a supplier category, that your saved contact details do not answer.
Fill these supplier contact fields with my saved company details. Leave missing information for me to provide, and stop before submitting.
Update the context as your work changes
Open a fact and use Edit to change its statement or status, then Save. Review shows proposed changes with source words and an existing value where available. Accept a useful proposal or reject an inaccurate one. Some information becomes active directly; Recent decisions may offer Undo.
Remove takes a fact out of active memory, and Denker may learn it again from later work. The Knowledge graph switch controls memory use without deleting the facts. Use Search to find additional things beyond the selection shown on the globe.
