October 2026: Dictation, Your Own Browser, New Languages, and Project Walls
October's updates let you dictate anywhere, bring files into the conversation, and let agents work in your own browser and apps. Denker also speaks German and Chinese, and projects open as a wall of cards with Docs.
October 10, 2026 — Better dictation, file attachments and faster computer use
Dictate anywhere with your own prompts and vocabulary, bring files into the conversation, and let Denker work through your apps in fewer steps.
Dictate anywhere with one shortcut: press Cmd+1–9 (Win+1–9 on Windows) to apply a saved prompt, hold Shift and drag to mark your screen, and add your own terms under Vocabulary. Includes German voices and a microphone picker.
Drop files or paste images into chat, task comments, the tray and quick replies. Your agent receives the attachments with your message.
Let Denker fill forms in fewer steps and work in the background on macOS while you keep using your mouse. Denker asks before payments or running software.
Report a problem from Settings or the app menu, and use steadier keyboard shortcuts on Windows.
October 17, 2026 — Work in your own browser, apps and coding sessions, and talk in your language
Agents work in the browser you already use, act directly in Mail, Calendar, Notes and Music, keep coding sessions visible with approvals in the chat, and live voice now follows the language you speak. To get this version, download Denker once more from denker.ai/download and open the small installer: it keeps the voice and speech files you already have, and later updates arrive automatically again.
Agents work in tabs of your own browser, mark what they act on and stay in the background unless you ask. You can set up the browser connection straight from the chat, and Settings shows each browser's connection with a Disconnect control.
Mail, Calendar, Notes and Music actions run directly in the apps, including drafts with recipients, replies and searches. Coding sessions in Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode show live progress and ask for approval in the main chat.
Live voice understands the language you speak when Whisper is your dictation engine, pauses its reply instead of stopping when you start talking, and shows that it is listening next to your pointer. Replies start sooner, and Heart and Bella are the new English voices.
Setup keeps its place through permission restarts, moves on from the Screen Recording step within seconds, and offers everyday tasks to try first.
October 21, 2026 — Denker in German and Chinese, new voices and your own browser tabs
Use Denker in English, German or Chinese, with four new voices that speak all three. Turn reading aloud on or off by voice, and let agents work in the browser tabs you already have open.
Pick English, German or Chinese in Settings. The app and the agents' replies follow, spoken by four new voices, Eponine, Eve, George and Michael, that speak all three languages.
Say "Denker, voice off" or "voice on" to turn reading aloud off or on. Dictation hears which language you speak and keeps short replies like "okay".
Add the browser extension from the Chrome Web Store. Agents can then work in the browser tabs you already have open and close cookie banners and pop-ups if you turn that on.
Right-click Denker in the Windows taskbar or the macOS Dock for quick actions.
October 29, 2026 — Projects on a wall with Docs, coding tasks in your own apps and a quicker voice
Projects open as a wall of cards, and every note is now a Doc you write right there. Coding tasks you hand to Denker start in the Claude app, Denker's voice answers sooner and stops when you talk, and desktop widgets grow to any size.
Projects open as a wall of cards instead of a canvas. Every note is a Doc: select text to ask Denker about it, bookmark the cards you use most, and edit checklists right in them.
Coding tasks start where you work: with the Claude app open, Denker starts the task inside it in the right folder, and Codex tasks show up in the Codex app after each step. Denker tells you in its chat when a task it started finishes.
Denker's voice starts speaking two to three times sooner and pauses the moment you start talking. Denker hands separate parts of a request to helpers, starts a new chat when you ask, and Intel Macs speak with Denker's own voices.
Pin Docs, checklists, Memory, pages and files to your desktop as widgets of any size. Each agent gets its own key so it can't approve its own requests, and images you attach stay private to you.
